1. All training course dates must be paid for when booking your slot. These should be paid by credit/debit card through PCO.London.
2. You are not eligible for any refund if you made a request for course cancellation less than 24 hours before the course starting date.
3. Cancellations should be made by email to contactus@pco.london or by telephone at 020-8850 1000.
4. PCO.London reserves the right to cancel in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that would result in an unsafe training environment. In the event of a cancellation, we will either arrange for an alternative course date or offer a full refund of the fee paid.
